Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and you buy from us online, with a payment, a deposit or an order made through this website or a payment link we send you, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This right comes from Decree-Law 24/2014, which applies EU Directive 2011/83/EU in Portugal.
For services, the 14 days start on the day the contract is made. For goods, they start on the day you receive them.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision by e-mail to urazov.dv@gmail.com. You can use the model below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days end.
If you expressly ask for a service to start before the 14 days end and it is fully provided, you lose the right of withdrawal. If it is only partly provided when you withdraw, you pay for what has been provided until then.
The law excludes some contracts, for example services related to leisure activities for a specific date or period, goods made to your specifications, and goods that can spoil or expire quickly. Whether an exclusion applies depends on what you bought.
If you withdraw, we refund what you paid within 14 days of learning of your decision, using the same payment method. For goods, we may wait until we have the goods back, or until you show that you sent them back.
